About BuildBrain Labs

BuildBrain Labs exists because of one uncomfortable observation: the average home is full of everything a child needs to become an inventor — cardboard, tape, rubber bands, bottle caps — and yet the average child has never built a single working machine with their own hands.

We make printable build programs for kids aged 6–12. Not kits. Not boxes of pre-cut plastic that arrive by courier and end up on a shelf. Plans — real, illustrated, kid-language plans — for toys that work: catapults that launch, marble runs that run, periscopes that see around corners.

The learning is never bolted on. A child making a rubber-band racer is learning stored energy, axles and friction whether they mean to or not, because the toy doesn't work until the physics does. That's our whole method: the science is the by-product of making something they actually want.

Our first release, The Young Scientist Program — Level 1, is 50 projects across 650+ pages. Everything is built from what's already in your house.

Because confidence isn't taught. It's built.
