Returns & Refunds Policy
At Build Brain Lab, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. Please note that The Young Scientist Program is a digital product (an instantly downloadable PDF), so our policy differs slightly from physical stores.
- Digital Product: Because the product is delivered instantly as a download, there is no physical item to return.
- We Stand Behind Our Work: If the file will not download, arrives corrupted, or you are genuinely unsatisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right — a fix or a refund.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- How to Reach Us: Email hello@nexerastudios.com or call +91 79887 34883 with your order ID. We reply within 24–48 hours.
